"Rx for a Jazzed-Up Workforce: Go Sustainable" reinforces findings from WattzOn survey

A recent Wall Street Journal blog post focused on a key benefit of engaging employees in sustainability programs: they are more motivated! Highly engaged employees are more productive, customer-focused and committed to the success of the company says the blog post.

Take a look at the post, it's a good read, and consistent with a recent survey by WattzOn. We found that working at a company with sustainable practices is a top priority for many respondents, so much so that 60% said they would be willing to give up salary to work for a sustainable employer.

And, 74% of those surveyed wanted their employer to offer home energy savings programs for employees. Learn more about our survey here.
